Discovery Call (30 min, Free)
We start with a structured 30-minute conversation. You walk us through your current setup, the problem you’re trying to solve, and what success looks like. We ask the questions most consultants skip — about your team, your data, your constraints, and your timeline. No pitch. Just diagnosis.
Scoping & Proposal (48–72 hrs)
Within 48–72 hours of the discovery call, we deliver a written scope of work. It outlines the problem, our recommended approach, deliverables, timeline, and investment. No vague retainers or open-ended hourly billing — you know exactly what you’re getting and what it costs before you commit.
Deep-Dive Audit (Week 1–2)
Every engagement starts with a structured audit. We review your systems, interview your team, map your current processes, and identify where the friction, waste, and risk are. This isn’t a checkbox exercise — it’s the foundation for everything that follows. The audit produces a written findings report and a prioritized action plan.
Implementation
We build, configure, integrate, and document. This is where the work actually gets done — whether that’s setting up a Zoho CRM pipeline, building a Shopify–3PL integration, writing a library of SOPs, or running weekly ops leadership. We involve your team throughout so adoption isn’t an afterthought.
Handoff & Hypercare (30 Days)
Every project includes a 30-day hypercare period after go-live. We’re available for questions, fixes, and edge cases that only surface with real usage. We also deliver a knowledge transfer package: documentation, system guides, and training for whoever owns the system going forward.

Process Questions
How quickly can an engagement start?
Typically 1–2 weeks from signed agreement to kickoff. We keep a limited number of active engagements to ensure every client gets the focus their project deserves.
Do you work with companies outside Canada?
Yes. While our primary market is Canadian SMEs, we work with e-commerce and product companies across North America. The operational challenges of scaling Shopify brands and implementing Zoho are identical regardless of geography.
How much time will this require from our team?
We design engagements to minimise demands on your team. The discovery and audit phase requires 2–3 hours per week from key stakeholders. Implementation typically needs 1–2 hours per week for reviews and feedback. The heavy lifting is on us.
What if our needs change mid-engagement?
Scope changes happen. We handle them transparently: any material change is documented, re-scoped, and agreed in writing before we proceed. No surprise invoices.
