Scoping and Proposal

We document exactly what we will build, the timeline, and the fixed price. Deliverables listed line by line. No open-ended statements of work, no hourly billing, and no scope that expands after you sign. You know what you are buying before you commit.

Implementation

We do the work — configuration, integration, process design, documentation, and testing. Weekly check-ins keep you informed without pulling you into every technical decision. Your job is to review, approve, and ask questions. Ours is to execute.

Testing and Validation

Everything tested before handoff. For technical integrations, we run structured UAT across all order flows and edge cases. For process work, we validate with the team that will actually use it. Nothing is signed off until it works under real conditions.

Documented Handoff

Every engagement ends with documentation your team can use. SOPs, configuration guides, training recordings, and process maps. Your team can run, troubleshoot, and extend what we built without calling us. That independence is the entire point of the engagement.
