Who we are
ScaleOps Co builds inventory and operations software for Shopify cash-on-delivery merchants in Pakistan. Our website address is https://scaleopsco.com. You can reach us at hello@scaleopsco.com.
Information we collect
We collect information in three ways:
- Information you give us through forms. When you submit a contact, demo, or trial request form, we collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and any message you choose to share.

We use cookies and similar technologies — including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel — to measure how visitors use the site and to deliver and measure advertising.

How long we keep your information
We keep contact form submissions and email correspondence for as long as needed to respond to your request and for our reasonable business records. Customer account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus a reasonable period after, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email hello@scaleopsco.com from the address you used to contact us. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
You can opt out of personalised advertising from Meta at any time through your Facebook ad preferences.
